Coach
I started my fitness journey about 12 years ago because I wanted to get into better shape and look like a Greek god. I was skinny with a pot belly and I couldn't run around a baseball diamond without being extremely winded. I became a coach to help out when one of the other coaches was going to be deployed. I didn't realize how much I would enjoy helping people on their fitness journeys and passing my knowledge onto them. Now aside from coaching I play rec league flag football multiple times a week and also travel to play as well. My future goal us to be healthy and fit when I'm older and to also be the hot dad (DILF) when I go pick up my future kids.

I grew up with intensity and drive, and I learned early to channel it into movement. Running and soccer became my outlet, training ground, and proving ground. I trained year-round—every day of the week—playing pickup games on weekends, competing in rec leagues during the season, and running with the boys’ soccer team in the off-season. That work ethic earned me a walk-on spot in college and a soccer scholarship that covered most of my education. Multiple knee surgeries eventually closed that chapter, but my competitive fire never left.I found my next challenge in CrossFit. I fell in love with learning new skills, pushing limits, and competing at a high level. After three years of training, I stepped into coaching—and I’ve been all in ever since. For the past eight years, coaching has been my craft and my passion. There’s nothing more powerful than watching women realize how strong they truly are and helping them build bodies that are resilient, capable, and confident.
Outside the gym, I’m a wife, a mom to two incredible boys, and someone who lives for movement and the outdoors. Nature, endurance, and multi-day adventure races fuel me, and I continue to challenge myself through two-day events each year. My focus is simple: stay strong, stay healthy, and keep showing up—at the gym, on the course, and for my family

I started my fitness journey 10 years ago. I was just looking to lose some weight, but fell in love with CrossFit and the community it provided. In those 10 years, I’ve checked off a lot of fitness goals and have formed a bond that can’t be beat. I also enjoy passing on the knowledge and skills I’ve learned and have been coaching for 3 years. I believe the next 10 years will be even better. Maybe I’ll run another marathon. 🙃

Coach
My fitness journey began in 2008 when I realized I needed to make a real change in my lifestyle. I joined a small gym called Fourth Power Fitness—not loving it at first—but over time it became one of the most important and transformative parts of my life.
Since then, I’ve earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Exercise Science, along with certifications in USAW L1, Precision Nutrition L1, and Human Movement Specialization. I’ve been coaching for about 10 years and have competed in various events, primarily CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting.
I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and helping people grow stronger, healthier, and more confident. My favorite part of coaching is seeing the progress people make over the years. My goals are simple: continue helping as many people as possible on their fitness journey—and step outside my comfort zone to compete in something new.
