I started my fitness journey about 12 years ago because I wanted to get into better shape and look like a Greek god. I was skinny with a pot belly and I couldn't run around a baseball diamond without being extremely winded. I became a coach to help out when one of the other coaches was going to be deployed. I didn't realize how much I would enjoy helping people on their fitness journeys and passing my knowledge onto them. Now aside from coaching I play rec league flag football multiple times a week and also travel to play as well. My future goal us to be healthy and fit when I'm older and to also be the hot dad (DILF) when I go pick up my future kids.

I grew up very hothead with a lot going on around me. I put everything I had into running in Soccer every single day of the week. I played pick up games on weekends rec leagues during seasons. I ran with the boys soccer team in my off-season. I walked on to college for a scholarship and got the majority of my schooling paid for playing soccer. Due to a few knee surgery Soccer became a little out of my reach. So I walked into a CrossFit gym I love learning new things, I love competing. After about three years doing CrossFit, I got the privilege to start coaching and fell in love with it. I love watching women find their power and strength! I have now been a coach for about eight years. It’s a perfect match. I have two beautiful little boys married my best friend and get to come to the gym every day with all three of these beautiful humans! It has become a part of our life.Nature is another love and passion. I’ve fallen in love with being able to do multiple day races.
I’m working to just get a happy, healthy body. A future goal of mine is to continue doing two day races in at least twice a year. Staying healthy for my family.

I started my fitness journey 10 years ago. I was just looking to lose some weight, but fell in love with CrossFit and the community it provided. In those 10 years, I’ve checked off a lot of fitness goals and have formed a bond that can’t be beat. I also enjoy passing on the knowledge and skills I’ve learned and have been coaching for 3 years. I believe the next 10 years will be even better. Maybe I’ll run another marathon. 🙃

Coach
My fitness journey began in 2008 when I realized I needed to make a real change in my lifestyle. I joined a small gym called Fourth Power Fitness—not loving it at first—but over time it became one of the most important and transformative parts of my life.
Since then, I’ve earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Exercise Science, along with certifications in USAW L1, Precision Nutrition L1, and Human Movement Specialization. I’ve been coaching for about 10 years and have competed in various events, primarily CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting.
I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and helping people grow stronger, healthier, and more confident. My favorite part of coaching is seeing the progress people make over the years. My goals are simple: continue helping as many people as possible on their fitness journey—and step outside my comfort zone to compete in something new.
